Evan Mestman is a seasoned health, nutrition, and leadership coach with over three decades of experience helping high-performing individuals transform their lives. With a Master of Science in a health-related field, Evan is also a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN), ensuring the highest level of professional credibility in the wellness space. He has a passion for neuropsychology and uses this in every consult he provides.
Throughout his career, Evan has combined the science of nutrition with the art of behavioral psychology and the power of leadership development. He has worked extensively with executives, entrepreneurs, and teams, crafting holistic wellness and performance strategies that go beyond traditional coaching.
As a former President of the Long Island Dietetic Association, Evan led over 600 nutrition professionals and contributed significantly to shaping health education in the region. He has also served as an adjunct professor and program developer, creating specialized initiatives such as “Appetite and Attitudes” and various diabetes education platforms.
